Viewfinder mounted on camera, I used an 1/4" socket holder for the construction of the accessory holder (because I had one :0) ) |

On suggestion from forums and other camera builders, I used an video camera wide angle adapter lens to construct a viewfinder for my 6x17 camera. I masked it to match the ground glass view as close as possible It works and give me an idea of the picture framing but are not 100% correct. |

Piano wire is bent like an zzz several times inside the aluminum tubing to ac hive spring loading on the camera back lid to keep it light tight. |

The back and pressure plate are constructed by a sandwich of two aluminum plates with foam plastic in between to apply a light pressure on the film to keep it flat.
